Silver Creek Valley Country Club

We hosted a religious wedding banquet at SCVCC last weekend, and it was perfect. By far, this venue is the best wedding venue in the bay area. The setting is gorgeous, and the banquet hall overlooks the golf course and you can see the man made waterfalls from the side. The cocktail area was setup nicely. The appetizers were great. The staff is very professional and competent, especially the director of catering Rosa Molina, who helped us throughout the whole process. Rosa was very friendly, helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Rosa went out of her way, and during her off days, to respond to our messages and emails. Other staff members who helped us include David Urrea, James Hallihan, and Domenic Pomponio. All our family and guests loved this venue and are considering it for future events.

I can't say enough good things about Silver Creek CC as a wedding venue. I had the pleasure of photographing this venue during my couple's recent wedding and the photos turned out absolutely gorgeous. The venue itself is well kept, spacious, and the perfect backdrop for a dreamy wedding day. My favorite spot on the property is the lower lawn with the waterfall in the background. Just breathtaking! I hope to photograph many more weddings at this beautiful property.

The club and facilities are greatly maintained and the services are phenomenal. My daughter enjoyed the tennis lessons with Kirsi and had a great experience participating at the PGA Junior league with other kids from the club. Silver Creek has a new executive chef, Giovanni V., and the food is fabulous! I love the fact that the club offers a lot of activities for the children and families.

Appalling Treatment and Security Lapses at Silver Creek Valley Country Club As a resident of Silver Creek Valley Country Club, I am compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with the club's security, particularly a staff member named Safin. I am glad another reviewer has mentioned this. The level of callousness and rudeness exhibited by the security team towards guests is nothing short of disgraceful. Despite the club's requirement for guests to be listed on their app for entry, the treatment my guests received was absolutely abhorrent. They were subjected to interrogation and mistreatment, even though all their information was meticulously recorded in the system way ahead of time. The behavior of the security staff, especially Safin, was not only embarrassing for me as a resident but also left my guests feeling humiliated. What adds insult to injury is the blatant inconsistency in their security practices. While guests face unwarranted scrutiny, DoorDash and multiple deliveries seem to waltz in without any proper checks. This level of irresponsibility is not only shocking but also poses a serious security risk, especially in a community that has been experiencing an uptick in burglaries. The lack of cultural sensitivity displayed by the security staff is downright appalling. Instead of providing a welcoming and secure environment, they choose to be belligerent and even threaten to call 911 on innocent guests. This not only reflects poorly on the club but also raises concerns about the safety of residents and their guests. In light of the recent burglaries in the area, the lax security measures and mistreatment of guests paint a grim picture for the future. If this continues, it's not far fetched to imagine that the situation may deteriorate further, with residents' guests being mistreated while potential security threats go unnoticed. Silver Creek Valley Country Club needs to address these issues urgently to restore the trust and safety of its residents. It is disheartening to note that as residents, we contribute to 2 HOAs with the expectation of receiving quality security services. The fact that we pay for these amenities makes the inadequate security measures and the unprofessional behavior of staff members, such as Safin, even more unacceptable. The HOA should take immediate action to hold responsible those staff members who fail to uphold the standards we are entitled to as paying members of this community. It is imperative that the club addresses these security lapses promptly and ensures that the wellbeing and dignity of both residents and their guests are given the utmost priority. The disregard for the safety and experience of those within the community is not only a breach of trust but also a failure on the part of Silver Creek Valley Country Club to fulfill its obligations to its residents.

1 star earned by obnoxious staff named Safin at Security. Appears to speak in native tongue. Seems to insist my car has a Trans Panda, despite checking ID and being utterly incompetent at that too!! Shocks me that a person this crude is the face you see coming in! Also the discrimination towards some imaginary gender fluid panda, remains a mystery. Someone give her a drug test!
